Founded in Her Honor

Jayne Tyson twin dolls

Tyson Twins Foundation was created in 2021 in honor of Jayne Tyson, using the resources she left behind. Jayne raised her son alone in the Bronx, working to give him opportunities she hadn’t had — and pushing him, always, toward education and a life of service.

Her sacrifices helped make possible his education at Villa Maria Academy, Cardinal Spellman High School, Brown University, and Washington University School of Law. This Foundation carries her name in spirit and her values in practice: that access to opportunity, and to justice, shouldn’t depend on what you can afford.
